Sandtex® 15 Year Microseal Smooth Masonry paint Tester Pots are an ideal way to test out the colour before you purchase the paint with the full colour range available in he handy 150ml size. There are also great for small jobs and projects where only a small amount of paint is needed.

Sandtex® Microseal® Smooth Masonry Paint is a highly durable multi surface finish for rendering, pebbledash, breeze block, concrete block, roughcast and facing brick walls. One of the leading masonry paints on the market it offers a breathable, tough finish that protects your walls over an extended period against mould and algae growth. It's microporous and provides sealing attributes that protect the coating against water ingress, allowing the surface to breathe whilst protecting the surface from water penetration.

Preparation

All surfaces must be sound, clean, dry and free from anything that will interfere with the adhesion of the paint. New surfaces usually require little preparation, but must be completely dried out before painting.

• Remove any fungal or mould growth with and rinse thoroughly.
• Remove any loose or flaking material with a stiff bristle brush or scraper.

Application

Always ensure to perform a test patch prior to applying the paint to ensure you are happy with the finished results. Ensure to properly prepare surfaces prior to application.

• Do not apply when there is a risk of rain, frost or if the temperature will fall below 8°C during application and drying period.
• Stir well before use and apply using a brush, exterior roller or airless sprayer.
• Apply 2 coats allowing 3-4 hours between coats.
